The scheme is managed by a regional consortium of ten specialist arts colleges and is funded by Arts Council England.  The scheme provides a supported professional development opportunity for artists to work in a specialist arts college or other setting (partner primary schools) alongside teachers on a creative learning project, with personalised learning objectives set against a developed framework.

Timescale:
You will need to be available for 8 days in total between December 2009 – July 2010; 4 training/evaluation days and a minimum of 4 days in school.

There is a charge of £50 for the programme to cover the cost of enhanced CRB disclosure, and trainees are expected to cover travel and subsistence costs.  There is a separate Materials budget available to cover the cost of projects.

This training is supported and developed in partnership with a consortium of 10 Specialist arts Colleges from across the west Midlands and is funded through Arts Council England and the National Lottery.
